$100 for first hour, $80 per add'l hr
This rate is designed for independent usage, typically a photographer or videographer working with a few individuals (max of 7 total).
Commercial
$200 for first hour, $110 per add'l

Our commercial usage rate is designed for
agencies, companies and larger productions.
Includes groups of 1-15 individuals.

Workshop + Event
$450 for first hour, $200 per add'l
Our creative studio space is perfect for small gatherings, workshops and all kinds of other events for up to 30 people.
Cancellation
Policy
At least 5 days prior to your rental:
Your full studio session can be credited towards a future date with a $50 rescheduling fee.
​
Less than 5 days prior to rental:
Half of your studio session may be credited towards a future date with a $100 rescheduling fee.
